How much coffee is in a bag?

Each bag weighs 12oz - whether bean or ground!

The best way to store your coffee is?

An airtight container that is NOT clear. Place it in a cool, dry place like your pantry. You want your coffee beans or grounds to be away from light, heat, and moisture. Ground coffee and beans can last 6 months in the pantry.

What are your shipping destinations?

We currently only ship to U.S. and Canada addresses. We are looking into adding other shipping destinations soon. Please check back with us!

Where is your coffee produced?

Our coffee is grown in Colombia.

Is your coffee single origin?

Yes, all our coffee comes from the same farm. Coffee being from a “single origin” means that all the beans come from one area of one farm. This helps to guarantee that every bean that goes into your coffee is of the same high quality as all the others. This also means that all the beans are processed in the exact same way and roasted the same way. This keeps the other beans from mixing with others, which can affect the flavor of your coffee and introduce foreign things like mycotoxins that may be present in other coffee beans that could be blended in.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing Info@divinetreecoffee.com. Please include your order number and the changes that need to be made.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards along with Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

My order is damaged, missing, or incorrect. What should I do?

We strive to provide exceptional coffee as well as Customer Service and will collaborate with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If you are not pleased with any item, for any reason we will gladly replace it, exchange it, or refund the purchase price. Please email info@divinetreecoffee.com (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm CST).

 

How long will my order take to ship?

Once the order is placed, your order will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive at your door. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing Info@divinetreecoffee.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

 

How long does your coffee last if unopened?

Our coffee if unopened will last 5 Months for Ground and 9 Months for Whole Bean.
